If we have delivered the wrong product, a faulty product, you received your order and it was not in one piece or you are not delighted with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly collect it at our expense and provide you with a refund or replacement provided the item is unused, it is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of delivery. Returns of incorrect, faulty or unwanted products outside of the 7 days specified time limit will incur a collection fee equal to that of our standard shipping charge. Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 20% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses, or if the return is a result of buyer’s remorse. We will make sure that all refunds are processed, and that the money is back in your bank account / credit card, within 7 days of receiving the returned product, if not sooner.
All purchases made from retail outlets will be subject to that particular retailer's returns and refund policy and your claim should be made directly with them. However if you feel that the retailer is not adhering to legislative requirements, or if you feel that you are being treated unfairly, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
Gift cards should be treated like cash as there they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. All purchased gifts card are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. All complementary gifts cards issued free of charge, or as a prize, are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
